Cerade purchase policy

At Cerade we understand that when ordering you may be unsure of the best fitted size. We encourage customers to view our size chart and item description for confidence of sizing before purchasing. Our customer service team are always available and willing to help customers in regarding to choosing the right size, if unsure please email support@cerade.com.

We allow for exchanges if you are experiencing a sizing issue and need to size up or down in the same item as purchased.

Exchange Process
1. Email us within first two hours of your order with details of full name, order number and reason for exchange
2. Once our team has confirmed the exchange please organise shipping back to us (shipping is to be paid for by customer for exchange)
3. Once we have received the item for exchange we will then send the correct sized item to you, you will receive a confirmation email.

Faulty/Damaged Items
At Cerade we produce high quality items and we ensure this thoroughly through our quality control processes. If you receive your item faulty or damaged, please send us an email including your full name (first and last name as displayed on order), order no and an image showing the faulty/ damaged item.
A return of a faulty item is accepted if it is in its original packaging with the tags still attached to the item. Once returned the item will be inspected, as we reserve the rights to refuse any faulty items after inspection.

Order Adjustments / Cancellations
To cancel an order it must cancelled via email, please email support@cerade.com. Within the email please include your full name (first and last name as displayed on order) your order no, reason for cancellation. Cancellations are accepted within first two hours after the order was placed.

Refunds & Exchanges on Sale Items
All items purchased during a sale period are final and cannot be refunded. Therefore we are not able to offer refunds to customers on any sale items.Exchanges are accepted ONLY if the item is faulty or for a size change (subject to availability). Please note the exchange will only be accepted on a sale item if the tags are still attached to the item. We only permit an exchange for the same item as first purchased.
