Returns & Exchange Policy

At Cerade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchange policy within 14 days of purchase.

To initiate a return or exchange, please ensure that the item is unworn, with all tags and labels still attached, and in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.

If the item doesn't fit or you require a different size, we understand. Simply send us an email at support@cerade.co.uk with the subject line "RETURNS & EXCHANGE [your order number]" to begin the process.

In your email, please provide us with your":

  • name
  • order number
  • the reason for the return or exchange.

For exchanges, you may exchange the item for the same product if it is in stock. Please note that we have limited collections, and exchanges are limited to one per item. We will cover the shipping costs for the exchanged item.

If the item you desire for exchange is not available, or if you prefer a refund, we will refund you the full amount to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to be processed. If you haven't received your refund after this time, please contact your bank.

Please note that Cerade does not cover the shipping fees for returning items. We recommend using a tracked shipping service from your local post office for your peace of mind.
